QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, with a focus on payroll processing, government statutory compliance (SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth), HMO benefits, and leave management.
- Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
- Experience with employee query management and resolving compensation-related concerns
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of the company’s payroll. Ensure that all employee compensation is processed correctly and timely, including salary, overtime, bonuses, and other allowances
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Philippine government regulations related to employee benefits, including timely filing and submission of SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth, and other statutory reports
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding compensation and benefits concerns, such as queries about payroll, government benefits, HMO coverage, and leave entitlements
- Administer and track employees’ leave benefits (sick leave, vacation leave, etc.), ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies
