Role Overview:
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment with a focus on technical roles. This includes sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The role ensures a smooth recruitment process, builds strong talent pipelines, and delivers a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring requirements
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills across various platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions
- Strong organizational and candidate management abilities
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers and delivering quality hires in a timely manner
