We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Facilities Associate to join our growing Healthcare BPO team.
The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in procurement along with a strong background in administrative operations and facility management. You will play a critical role in maintaining a smooth operational environment, ensuring compliance, and managing vendor relations to support our healthcare service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility operations.
- Manage procurement of office and facility supplies, including medical equipment, IT peripherals, and consumables.
- Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, track inventory, and manage cost-effective purchasing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to forecast requirements and ensure procurement aligns with operational needs.
- Ensure facility maintenance, housekeeping, and workplace safety protocols.
- Manage relationships with service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.).
- Assist with space planning, office relocations, and asset tracking.
- Handle administrative compliance, including licenses, audits, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Admin/Facilities Management, preferably in a Healthcare BPO or similar environment.
- Proven experience in procurement and vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of facility safety standards and office infrastructure.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP tools.
- Amenable to work in McKinley, Taguig
