About the role
This full-time Cost Analyst role at Men2 Marketing & Distribution Enterprise Corporation' is located in Dagupan City Pangasinan. As a Cost Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the company's Accounting team, focusing on analysis and reporting to support the organisation's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing- Conduct detailed analysis of costs and expenses to identify areas for improvement and cost optimisation
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations to inform senior management decision-making
- Develop and maintain cost models, forecasts and budgets to enhance financial planning and control
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business drivers and provide valuable cost insights
- Support the month-end close process and ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cost analysis or financial analyst role, preferably in the Accounting & Analysis & Reporting industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
- Proficiency in using financial modelling and data analysis tools such as Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, actionable insights to support business decisions
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
