About the role
As a Dealer Developer at Men2 Marketing & Distribution Enterprise Corporation, you will play a crucial role in expanding our dealer network and driving sales growth across Dagupan City, Pangasinan. This full-time position is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and supporting new dealerships to ensure the successful distribution and promotion of our products.
What you'll be doing- Proactively seek out and onboard new dealers in the Dagupan City area
- Provide training and support to new and existing dealers to help them effectively sell and market our products
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing dealer engagement and sales
- Monitor dealer performance and provide guidance to help them reach their sales targets
- Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that dealers may have
- Maintain detailed records of dealer activities and performance
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials to support the dealer network
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales, business development or account management role, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry
- Proven track record of successful dealer or channel partner recruitment and management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address dealer-related issues
- Proficient in using CRM and other sales/business management tools
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for driving sales growth
