Assistant Manager - FP&A

  • Prepare financial models, variance analysis, and management reports

Ideal CandidateRequired (Non‑Negotiables)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
  • 2-3 years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting
  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred (Good‑to‑Haves)
  • Experience supporting senior management or business unit leaders
  • Exposure to investment analysis or business case development
  • CPA, CFA (or progress towards certification)
  • Experience with ERP or financial planning systems
