Assistant Manager - FP&A

Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long‑term financial planning
- Prepare financial models, variance analysis, and management reports
- Analyse business performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Assist in cost control initiatives and process improvements
Strong exposure to strategic FP&A and senior management reportingClear progression path within a growing corporate finance function
Ideal CandidateRequired (Non‑Negotiables)- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- 2-3 years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting senior management or business unit leaders
- Exposure to investment analysis or business case development
- CPA, CFA (or progress towards certification)
- Experience with ERP or financial planning systems
