Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (AEST) / 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (AWST), Weekends off

What We’re Looking For

Manager – Tax Advisory / Senior Consultant
  • 5+ years experience in Australian tax advisory, accounting, or professional services
  • Strong expertise in Australian taxation laws, structuring, and compliance
  • Proven ability to manage client engagements end-to-end
  • Experience reviewing complex tax returns, financial statements, and advisory outputs
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams and mentoring staff
  • CA or CA-equivalent qualification (completed or in progress)
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle complex, high-value engagements independently
Assistant Manager (Pod Lead) / Assistant Manager
  • 4–5 years experience in accounting, taxation, or advisory (AU tax exposure preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Australian tax compliance and accounting standards
  • Experience reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS
  • Proven team leadership or supervisory experience (Pod or team lead exposure)
  • CA or CA-equivalent qualification (completed or in progress)
  • Strong communication and client coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
