What We’re Looking For
Manager – Tax Advisory / Senior Consultant- 5+ years experience in Australian tax advisory, accounting, or professional services
- Strong expertise in Australian taxation laws, structuring, and compliance
- Proven ability to manage client engagements end-to-end
- Experience reviewing complex tax returns, financial statements, and advisory outputs
- Strong leadership experience managing teams and mentoring staff
- CA or CA-equivalent qualification (completed or in progress)
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle complex, high-value engagements independently
- 4–5 years experience in accounting, taxation, or advisory (AU tax exposure preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax compliance and accounting standards
- Experience reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS
- Proven team leadership or supervisory experience (Pod or team lead exposure)
- CA or CA-equivalent qualification (completed or in progress)
- Strong communication and client coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
