Employment type: Full-Time

Shift: Mid Shift (Mon - Fri, 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM)

Work setup: Onsite (Ortigas/Makati/Eastwood)

The Qualifications We Seek

Must Have:

  • 2-3 years of mid-level experience
  • Experience in database management systems
  • Experience in order processing
  • Experience in taking and making phone calls
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Netsuite (a huge plus)
Your Daily Tasks
  • Answer telephone calls within 2 rings.
  • Act in the customer's best interests and provide genuine advice.
  • Respond to all emails and inquiries in a timely manner (same day if before 3 PM).
  • Keep customers promptly updated on order and delivery statuses.
  • Create cases immediately for all customer service queries.
  • Notify customers of case numbers and raise NCRs.
  • Manage cases toward meaningful and timely closure.
  • Update customers proactively before they request updates.
  • Inform account managers of outstanding cases.
  • Process all orders received before 3 PM on the same working day.
  • Send accurate order confirmations by the next working day for production items.
  • Confirm standard parts orders accurately at the point of order saving.
  • Notify the Manager or Team Leader of issues.
  • Take corrective and preventive actions when necessary.
  • Support customers assigned to the Internal Sales Team.
  • Field new inquiries to Business Development for qualification.
  • Manage orders from the Business Development Team from the order point onward.
