Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction, renovation, and maintenance projects of restaurant facilities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, quality requirements, and timely project completion while minimizing disruption to operations.
Job Qualification:
- Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering (CE) or Mechanical Engineering (ME)
- With at least two (2) years of relevant work experience in construction, including but not limited to site supervision, project execution, or field engineering works.
- Strong background in construction project monitoring, site coordination, and technical implementation of engineering plans and specifications.
- Knowledgeable in construction methods, materials, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering plans accurately.
- Experience in coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Familiar with construction site documentation, progress reporting, and basic project scheduling.
