Position: 1 Quantity Surveyor

1. Responsible for preparing cost estimates, cost plans, and managing budgets, as well as overseeing

1. Analyzing and interpreting contract documents, specifications, and drawings to identify cost implications.
2. Negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts to optimize costs.
3. Providing regular cost reports and forecasts to project managers and clients.
4. Identifying and mitigating financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Collaborating with the project team to find innovative ways to improve cost efficiencies.
6. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

1. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Proficient in the use of cost estimation and project management software.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
5. Familiarity with relevant construction regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
