Job Description:

Make outbound calls to small business owners using a dialing platform.
Present and offer our website services to potential clients.
Handle inbound calls from interested prospects and schedule appointments for them to speak with a web designer.
Maintain professionalism and high standards of customer service throughout all calls.

What We Offer:

Base Pay: PHP 6,350 per week, with a night differential bringing your weekly pay to PHP 7,000
Incentives: Weekly performance-based bonuses

Weekly pay (received every Friday)

Optional overtime available but not required

Job Requirements:

We are looking for friendly, professional people with strong English language skills to join our team. We are looking for:

Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with appointment setting OR equivalent outbound calling experience.
Ability to work from home (Must have good internet access, a computer, and a headset.)
A history of great teamwork
Strong customer-handling skills
Ability to work during USA business hours from 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time with overtime (7:45 p.m. to 4 a.m. Manila Time) Monday through Friday, along with an optional OT that runs through 5:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

More About Us:

We are a Christian-led business. We have adopted 15 orphanages in the Philippines. Though you aren't required to visit, but thanks to our orphanage teams, none of these kids have a birthday that someone on our staff isn't there to celebrate. We also reimburse Financial Peace classes, and some employees meet for a Bible study on the clock.
