About the role
St. Ali is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Baristato join our vibrant team at our milk tea location in St. Ali GHR Taguig City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality milk tea and beverage products, and efficiently operating the cash register.
What you'll be doing- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks to customers in a fast-paced environment
- Operating the cash register, processing transactions, and handling cash and card payments
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the café, including the bar, seating area, and equipment
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns
- Collaborating with the team to maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Adhering to all health, safety, and food handling regulations
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, drink preparation, and menu offerings
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive and engaging experience for customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Flexible schedule and the ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
