Posted on 23 April 2026Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, equipment, and dining area.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations in handling beverages and ingredients.
Assist in restocking inventory and monitoring ingredient levels.
Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
Promote and upsell menu items and special promotions.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the team.
Qualifications/Requirements
Male or FemaleCollege level or additional training or certification in hospitality or food service is an advantage
Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines is an advantage.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and passion for quality service
