As a Call Center Agent, you will assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, providing product or account information, and ensuring excellent customer service through phone, chat, or email support.
Qualifications:
- At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
- With at least 3 months BPO / Call Center Experience
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati
- Can start ASAP
