As a full-time Call Center Agent, you will be based in Olympia Makati City Metro Manila and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
Key responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support and assistance via various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the management team
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance metrics
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance your skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and technologies
