About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Admin Staff/Store Audit to join our team in Imus City, Cavite on a full-time basis. This role is crucial to our operations, combining administrative support with store audit responsibilities to ensure our locations maintain the highest standards of compliance, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

You will play a vital part in supporting our management team and maintaining the integrity of our store operations across the organisation.

What you'll be doing
  1. Conducting regular store audits to assess compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures
  2. Documenting audit findings in detailed reports and identifying areas for improvement
  3. Inspecting store premises for cleanliness, hygiene standards, and health and safety compliance
  4. Verifying inventory accuracy and stock management practices during audits
  5. Supporting management with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record keeping
  6. Preparing and maintaining audit schedules and follow-up action plans
  7. Communicating audit results and recommendations to store managers and senior management
  8. Assisting with the coordination of corrective actions and re-audits as needed
  9. Maintaining organised files and documentation systems for audit records
  10. Supporting the general administrative needs of the office and store locations
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience in administrative support, store operations, or quality assurance roles
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or areas of concern
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic data entry
  5. Strong written and verbal communication abilities for documenting and reporting findings
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards (preferred)
  8. Experience conducting store or facility audits (preferred)
  9. Reliable, professional demeanour with a commitment to accuracy
  10. Ability to work collaboratively with store managers and team members
