IT Systems Engineer-Level 2 (Onsite BGC, Taguig)

Are you ready to elevate your IT career in a dynamic global MSP environment? At IT By Design, we’re seeking a skilled IT System Engineer (Level 2) to deliver advanced technical support and manage complex IT systems for our international clients.
Your Role- Manage and maintain Active Directory, including OU design, GPOs, security policies, and user/group management
- Oversee Office 365 tenant administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, licensing, and Azure AD Connect
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on Windows 10, Windows Server, and network infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
- Provide Tier 3 support for application deployments, log analysis, performance tuning, and infrastructure optimization
- Administer and troubleshoot Azure cloud resources, virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V), and backup solutions (Veeam, Datto)
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement proactive improvements to IT systems
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- At least 2 years’ experience in MSP or consulting supporting global clients
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, and virtualization platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues
- Clear and professional communication skills in English
- Available to work onsite in BGC with flexible schedule including night shifts and weekends
