Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational food manufacturing and distribution company. Our respected client is seeking a Product Executive to support sales and marketing functions through documentation management, process coordination, and administrative support.

This role is offered on a 6-month contract and requires full onsite work in Quezon City.

Job Summary:

The Product Executive will assist in coordinating regulatory documentation, managing internal systems related to product changes and updates, and supporting general marketing and sales operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks while collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Certificate of Product Registration Requirements
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of documentation for product registration in Food and Drug Administration
  • Assist in managing updates to product artwork with the Graphic Artist as needed for regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in ensuring the availability and accuracy of all necessary technical documents to ensure approval from Food and Drug Administration, in coordination with Distributor personnel.
  • Follow through on status with distributor on meetings and alignments
  • Product Change Requisition System
  • Assist on Product Change Requisition System processes, a global platform used for initiating and tracking updates to the Bill of Materials (BOM) in coordination with Local Marketing. These includes but not limited to New Product Developments, Bill of Materials update, source plant transfer.
  • Assist on ensuring alignments with regional regulatory standards and specific customer requirements by supporting accurate and timely updates within the system.
  • Assist on Technical Document Requests, particularly for the Food Service and Industrial customers, via TDRF system (Technical Document Request Form).
  • Assist in other Sales and Marketing administrative functions and office operations, such as:
  • Consolidation of consumer data, gathered from marketing activities, such as Expo programs, Food Truck Activation, Sampling Programs, Dining promotions, etc.
  • Monitoring and coordination of POSMs and premium items
  • RBDF administrative claims processing
  • Data mining and report consolidations
  • Monitor and process incoming and outgoing documents from/to customers and from/to region/zone office.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in supporting sales and marketing teams, preferably in the FMCG or food industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and familiar or fast learner on office management software (eg. PCRS, RBDF, SAP, TDRF)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
