Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and timely support.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Job Qualifications
QualificationsEducation: At least a High School or Senior High School graduate.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in a Customer Communications Environment (CCE) or BPO setting.
Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Mindset: Patient, empathetic, and highly motivated to solve problems.
