2 IT Business Analyst ( SalesForce Tableau ) and 5 IT Business Anyalyst ( ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ITOM ) tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or IT Analyst role.
• Experience in POWER BI is a must and Tableau - for creating dashboards, data visualizations, and performance
• Use Salesforce for data extraction, reporting, and workflow optimization.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, or Confluence.
• Knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and business process modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis or reporting tools is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and shifting work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define technical requirements.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to recommend improvements or new solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams.
• Assist in system design, development, testing, and implementation.

Minimum Hiring Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Analyze customer data to identify patterns and reasons behind non-renewals.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a renewals or customer success role.
• Conduct outbound calls and send emails to customers to understand their concerns and resolve
• Strong understanding of platforms like ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ITOM tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and win back customers.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
