Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or IT Analyst role.
- Experience in POWER BI is a must and Tableau - for creating dashboards, data visualizations, and performance
- Use Salesforce for data extraction, reporting, and workflow optimization.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, or Confluence.
- Knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and business process modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with data analysis or reporting tools is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and shifting work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define technical requirements.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to recommend improvements or new solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams.
- Assist in system design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Support end users with training, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance standards.
- Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
