Social Media & Content Manager

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong content eye who can take raw material and turn it into polished, on-brand posts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and repurpose long-form video into short-form clips for multiple platforms
• Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
• Manage community engagement, responding to comments and direct messages
• Track and follow up on prospects and leads generated through social channels
• Turn raw materials and ideas into finished, on-brand content
• Support content campaigns across the brand's social presence
• Repurpose blogs, posts, and video into platform-optimized formats
• Monitor performance and suggest ideas to grow reach and engagement

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in social media management and content scheduling
• Strong video editing skills (short-form and repurposing long-form content)
• Experience managing LinkedIn as a primary platform
• Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Canva and short-form clip editors
• Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with community management and lead engagement
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel social tools or similar scheduling platforms
• Knowledge of AI content tools (e.g., clip generators)
• Experience growing a brand's presence on LinkedIn and other channels
• Ability to manage multiple content streams at once
