We’re looking for a skilled Sales Technician who can combine technical expertise and customer service to help customers get the most out of their devices.

Position: SALES TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist customers with technical inquiries and product recommendations
Demonstrate device features and proper usage
Perform basic troubleshooting and technical support for gadgets and accessories
Provide after-sales assistance and technical guidance to customers
Support the sales team in achieving store targets
Maintain service tools, technical records, and organized work areas
Stay updated with the latest tech products and features

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least Senior High School graduate
NC II Certification in Computer Systems Servicing, Electronics, or related field is preferred, but not required
Tech-savvy with strong interest in gadgets and electronics
Good communication and customer service skills
Retail or technical service experience is an advantage
With basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills is an advantage
Knowledgeable in gadgets, laptops, mobile phones, and accessories
