Leasing Associate

The Leasing Associate is responsible for supporting the Leasing Department in attracting, negotiating, and maintaining tenant relationships within the mall. The role focuses on assisting in lease generation, tenant coordination, and ensuring occupancy targets are met.
Candidates with a strong background in sales are preferred, as the role requires active prospecting and deal facilitation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in sourcing and identifying prospective tenants aligned with the mall’s tenant mix.
- Conduct site tours and present available spaces to potential tenants.
- Support lease negotiations, documentation, and contract preparation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
- Monitor tenant performance and provide support to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Marketing, Engineering) for tenant requirements.
- Maintain updated leasing database, reports, and documentation.
- Achieve assigned leasing and occupancy targets.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Leasing Manager/Director.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in sales, leasing, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Experience in real estate or mall leasing is an advantage.
