Customer Success Manager (Philippines)
Join our client’s growing company as a Customer Success Manager. This role offers potential for advancement and focuses on retaining, developing, and growing business from existing clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive client satisfaction and achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client goals with our client’s localization solutions.
- Provide feedback to optimize service quality and client satisfaction.
- Represent our client professionally.
- Manage and close opportunities within accounts.
- Report activities to management.
- Lead tender/proposal activities and engage necessary resources.
- Motivate team members to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Attend and present at customer and internal meetings.
- Support marketing and revenue-generating activities.
- Monitor client processes and stay updated with changes.
Requirements
Preferred Requirements:
- Integrity, ambition, vision.
- Strong organizational skills.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in account management and localization.
- Passion for customer success and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with client portfolios and consultative sales.
- Third-level qualification and formal sales training preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce.com.
- Effective time and productivity management.
- AI Experience & knowledge a plus
