The Technical Solutions & Product Strategy Manager will lead the growth and market development of construction products for project-based markets. The role is responsible for driving technical-commercial strategies, strengthening product positioning, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting business growth through specification development, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration.

This position requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and project-oriented market engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical marketing, product management, specification management, business development, or project sales within construction industries.
  • Strong understanding of construction systems, project specifications, and technical solution selling.
  • Experience working with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive business growth in project environments.
  • Knowledgeable in forecasting, pricing strategy, product positioning, and market analysis.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to multinational or regional construction materials companies is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, CRM systems, or technical marketing platforms is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Marketing & Product Strategy
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen market share and product positioning for solutions.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer analysis to identify new business opportunities and product improvements.
  • Collaborate with regional and local teams to align product strategies with market demands and business objectives.
  • Support development and implementation of pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies.
Project & Specification Development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and project stakeholders.
  • Drive specification activities and secure product inclusion in commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Provide technical recommendations, value engineering support, and system solutions aligned with project requirements.
  • Support project conversion initiatives through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
Commercial & Business Performance
  • Support achievement of sales growth, profitability, and market expansion objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, project movements, and competitive activities to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Assist Sales teams in lead qualification, project tracking, and account development initiatives.
  • Contribute to forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization activities.
Technical Support & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Coordinate closely with R&D, Technical, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure effective product support and project execution.
  • Conduct technical seminars, CPDs, product training, and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and after-sales support when necessary.
  • Ensure all technical documentation, certifications, product literature, and compliance requirements are updated and aligned with company standards
