SALES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both Chateaus.
2. Establish annual sales targets and develop plans to achieve them.
3. Identify new business opportunities, focusing on corporate events, weddings, retreats, and group bookings.
4. Build and nurture relationships with clientele, corporate partners, event planners, and local businesses.
5. Conduct site visits and presentations for prospective clients, showcasing the unique offerings of both Chateaus.
6. Partner with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the amenities of each property.
7. Utilize online and offline marketing strategies to increase visibility and attract diverse clientele.
8. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
9. Analyze market data to identify areas for growth and improvement.
10. Train, mentor, and support the sales team to ensure a high level of performance and customer service.
11. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for senior management.
12. Develop sales forecasts and budgets, analyzing financial performance regularly.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Ability and willingness to travel frequently between both properties.
