This role ensures all purchasing processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in strict compliance with company policies and supplier agreements, contributing to a well-organized organization where materials and supplies are managed reliably and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day purchasing operations—including sourcing, ordering, and tracking supplies—ensuring strict adherence to company policies, budgets, and supplier agreements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, support reporting and audits, and ensure all purchasing transactions comply with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enforce consistent procurement practices, identify opportunities for cost savings, and implement process improvements that enhance reliability, efficiency, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or operational support roles, with exposure to vendor management, contracts, or internal control frameworks.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a professional and detail-oriented approach.
- Commitment to accuracy, policy adherence, operational excellence, and maintaining smooth, compliant procurement workflows.
