About the role

As a Purchasing Clerk at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC.', you will play a vital role in supporting the company's procurement and inventory management operations. This full-time position is based in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila, where you will be responsible for a variety of purchasing and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient management of the company's supplies and materials.

What you'll be doing
  1. Processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records of all purchases
  2. Liaising with suppliers to negotiate pricing, manage deliveries, and resolve any issues
  3. Maintaining and updating the company's inventory management system
  4. Assisting with the preparation of reports and analysis related to purchasing and inventory
  5. Providing administrative support to the procurement team as needed
  6. Ensuring compliance with the company's purchasing policies and procedures
What we're looking for
  1. Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  2. Experience in a purchasing or inventory management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  3. Knowledgeable in Excel and experience in data encoding.
