About the role
As a Purchasing Clerk at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC.', you will play a vital role in supporting the company's procurement and inventory management operations. This full-time position is based in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila, where you will be responsible for a variety of purchasing and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient management of the company's supplies and materials.
What you'll be doing- Processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records of all purchases
- Liaising with suppliers to negotiate pricing, manage deliveries, and resolve any issues
- Maintaining and updating the company's inventory management system
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and analysis related to purchasing and inventory
- Providing administrative support to the procurement team as needed
- Ensuring compliance with the company's purchasing policies and procedures
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Experience in a purchasing or inventory management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
- Knowledgeable in Excel and experience in data encoding.
