About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a growing SaaS company servicing the Australian NDIS sector. The company provides an all-in-one subscription-based software platform that helps NDIS providers manage HR, workforce compliance, staff training, and operational processes.

This is a full-time, hands-on sales role responsible for managing the entire sales cycle—from qualifying inbound leads and conducting discovery calls to delivering product demonstrations, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will also work closely with clients during implementation, providing ongoing support and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding process. This role requires a proactive and driven professional who can build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the continued success of the business in a dynamic and evolving market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through to contract signing.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and business challenges.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support clients during implementation and onboarding.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing guidance and support.
