- Location: Work in Eastwood (Night Shift!)
- 3+ years of experience as a Network Support Engineer or similar IT support role
- Experience with network monitoring tools to maintain performance and uptime
- Basic understanding of network traffic protocols (e.g., NetFlow, sFlow) is an advantage
- Able to troubleshoot common network issues such as latency, packet loss, or bottlenecks
- Familiar with alerting and monitoring systems to support proactive issue resolution
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willing to work onsite in Eastwood on a night shift schedule

Customer Support & Engagement- Provide helpful, accurate, and friendly technical support via chat, email, web, phone, and other channels.
- Help customers by clearly identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding them through corrective steps.
- Work to keep customer churn to zero by providing consistent, outstanding service.
- Communication with customers.
- Monitoring and management of system alerts.
- Proactively monitor servers, networks, and applications to identify and address potential issues.
- Identify and document bugs, submit and track bug tickets, and work with relevant teams.
- Assess and document suggestions for new or improved product functionality based on customer feedback.
- Document new or updated support information in knowledge base articles.
- Additional general administration tasks.
