Account Executive - Cebu (Relationship Manager)

Qualifications:

• Any business or IT-related course
• At least 2 years experience in Sales with background in account management
• Preferably with background in business partner & channels development
• Experience handling solutions product is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Plans and carries out activities to find and attract potential customers.
• Builds and keeps track of a list of interested clients and possible sales opportunities.
• Stays updated on the company’s products and services, including their key benefits and how they stand out from competitors.
• Gives clear and engaging presentations to help potential clients understand the value of the company’s offerings.
• Prepare proposals, quotes and project contracts to clients.
• Engage in negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements on solutions/services, pricing, terms and conditions.
• Regularly shares updates with the team about sales progress, challenges, and new opportunities.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments to contribute to solution/service improvements.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools and other relevant technology.
• Deliver sales revenue based on agreed targets and quotas.
