About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager – Philippines to proactively drive sales, develop business opportunities, and manage relationships with reseller and distribution partners. This role is essential in supporting our growth by identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong partnerships, and executing a strategic sales plan to increase adoption of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively Drive Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Identify and engage new and existing reseller and distribution partners to drive sales of Collabtech’s services and solutions.
  • Develop new strategic territories to expand Collabtech’s footprint in North America and globally.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by actively managing sales opportunities.
  • Support customer requests for RFPs, bespoke projects, and tailored service solutions.
  • Partner Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with reseller partners, field organizations, and key stakeholders.
  • Establish, grow, and maintain partner relationships to ensure long-term success.
  • Promote Collabtech’s services at industry events, webinars, and partner meetings.
  • Sales Tracking, Forecasting & Reporting
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate monthly sales forecasts.
  • Track sales performance and report KPIs, revenue growth, and market trends to leadership.
  • Identify new and unique areas for Collabtech’s growth within our current partner ecosystem.
  • Industry & Product Expertise
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the UCC and collaboration technology ecosystem to provide consultative sales solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to enhance partner engagement.
  • Educate partners on Collabtech’s value proposition, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work alongside Collaboration Specialists and Project Managers to deliver seamless service solutions.
  • Leverage insights from technical teams to refine sales messaging and improve service positioning.
  • Brand & Marketing Support
  • Manage and maintain Collabtech’s presence within key industry platforms and marketing networks.
  • Support brand visibility and market positioning to increase awareness of Collabtech’s offerings.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or partner sales, preferably in the IT, collaboration, or AV technology industry.
  • Proven ability to develop new business, manage sales pipelines, and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong experience in partner engagement, relationship management, and territory expansion.
  • Ability to hit sales targets, forecast accurately, and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Strong understanding of UCC, collaboration technologies, and professional IT services (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills—you can engage at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple sales opportunities.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for pipeline and sales tracking.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: ₱720,000-₱840,000 gross per year
  • Bonus & Commission Structure based on revenue performance
