Lead plant-level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Oversee cost accounting, standard costing, and production variance analysis
- Partner with operations and supply chain to manage inventory and cost drivers
- Ensure strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and ERP data integrity

The ideal candidate must have:Non‑Negotiables:
- CPA licensure
- At least 10 years of progressive finance experience, including 5 years in a finance leadership or business partnering role
- Strong background in cost accounting, variance analysis, and budget control
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial analysis capability
Good‑to‑Haves:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
- Experience as a Plant Controller or similar manufacturing finance role
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
