About the role
This full-time Management Trainee position at ABest Express Inc.' provides an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in retail management. What you'll be doing- Gain on-the-job training across various store operations, including customer service, inventory management, merchandising, and staff supervision
- Assist with the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to implement sales and marketing strategies

- Provide coaching and mentorship to store associates, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team

- Adaptability and willingness to learn, as you'll be exposed to various aspects of retail management
- Relevant educational background or previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
