Warehouse Assistant

• Checks and arranges orders base on the customer name, delivery address & assigned delivery trucks for the outgoing items/products.
• Packs and wraps items securely for the safeness of the items.
• Perform complete dispatch checking of outgoing items re: PVC’s, PPR, Fittings, Electrical Conduits, Teflon, Electrical Tapes & other trading items versus prepared delivery receipt (DR) before loading in the delivery truck/s.
• Check all sales return items in actual quantity & description based on Sales Returned Slip prior acceptance & put away of assigned location.
• Examines incoming and outgoing shipments daily.
• Assists warehouse assistant in other task given by the Whse OIC.
• Regular Monitoring of Stocks Availability.
• Adhere to company rules and regulations and policy.
• Ensures no room for error in checking/dispatching of items that resulted to double handling and customer complaint.

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree.
• With at least 2 years of working experience and knowledge in warehouse management and/or materials inventory control or equivalent experienced.
• Must be capable of managing time effectively and multi-tasking as necessary.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, minimum knowledge in SAP or WMS
• Keen on details and is capable of noticing small errors on orders or defective aspects of products.
• Exhibits strong communication skills essential for working with other employees and with customers.
• Results oriented, proactive and dependable.
• Able to handle pressure and work on a tight deadline.
• Must be residing nearby LA UNION.
