Job Description

• Monitor Site Activities and Accomplishments/Sending weekly accomplishment report
• Daily Site Inspection per project as assign.
• Prepare in highlighted plan daily accomplishment per project.
• Request Confirmation of Verbal Instruction from Project in charge.
• Re-measure actual completion and billed scope of works per project
• Daily monitoring of per project sites
• Inspect Pre activity request per project and Subcontractors
• Check quality of completed works and coordinate project in charge, per project sites.

1. Accepts any other task as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor in accordance to the need of the department.
2. Keeps immediate supervisor informed of work needs other than ordinary routine handling.
3. Attends to training programs and learning sessions for the enhancement of professional and technical proficiencies.
4. Actively participates and contributes to the development and accomplishment of department objectives.
5. Upholds and promotes the good name of the company in all transactions with superiors, co-employees, clients, suppliers, and other external parties as necessary on matters of mutual concerns.
6. Creates and preserves the most favorable image of the company by conducting all functions in the most ethical and fair manner consistent with the company’s mission, vision, goals and core corporate values.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education : Mechanical Engineering Graduate

Experience : 2 years work related experience
