We are seeking a technically competent and hands-on Mechanical Engineer to support shipyard production and engineering activities. The role requires a strong balance between technical drawing interpretation, engineering coordination, and on-site production monitoring to ensure efficient execution of shipbuilding, repair, and maintenance projects.

• Monitor and supervise daily production and mechanical works within the shipyard
• Coordinate with production, engineering, procurement, and operations teams
• Review and interpret technical drawings, mechanical plans, and production documents
• Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards
• Conduct on-site inspections and monitor actual production progress
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and production-related issues
• Prepare technical reports, production updates, and progress monitoring documents
• Support planning and coordination of materials, manpower, and equipment requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and company policies
• Participate in project coordination meetings and follow-up activities
• Maintain proper documentation of engineering and production activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in shipyard, production, manufacturing, or heavy industry is an advantage
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, fabrication, and production processes
• Ability to read, interpret, and review technical drawings and engineering plans
• Capable of monitoring actual production works and coordinating directly with supervisors and workers on site
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic engineering/project Drafting tools.
• Strong organizational, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of safety standards in industrial or shipyard environments

• Experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, or maritime industry
• Experience in fabrication, mechanical installation, or vessel construction
