Job Description

1. Overseas the flow of over-all production operation both for Plant 1 (Injection Moulding and Plastic Tray Production) and Plant 2 (Coiling Production) under the Manufacturing Divisions;
2. Provide support and technical expertise, conceptualize, plan and manage projects for technical and production improvements;
3. Sees to it that policies, procedures, rules and regulations of the Company shall be carried out;
4. Review/Assess existing or updated production and engineering process, quality control for implementation/application in Production area;

1. Bachelor's degree / College level
2. Minimum of 15 year's experience as Production Manager in COILING PROCESS PRODUCTION, INJCTION MOULDING & PLASTIC TRAY/VACCUM FORMING
3. Has technical knowledge in product design
4. Responsible in coordinating the schedule of the deliverables
5. Excellent in communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration
6. Extensive experience in successful manufacturing leadership roles.
