As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our key clients within the oils and lubricants industry.This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.
What you'll be doing- Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the oils and lubricants sector
- Scheduling and conducting in-person meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients
- Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals to meet and exceed quarterly targets
- Maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients through regular communication and providing excellent customer service
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Providing feedback and insights to the management team to help improve product offerings and customer experience
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in the oils and lubricants industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Can drive manual car
- Willing to do fieldworks
