About the role

This is a full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in sales.

• Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within your assigned territory
• Engage with potential clients to understand their unique needs and requirements
• Develop and present tailored solutions to meet the client's cold storage and logistics needs
• Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for additional business
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and support overall company objectives
• Actively participate in industry events and networking activities to build brand awareness and generate new leads

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the logistics or cold storage industry
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence clients
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose creative solutions
• Familiarity with the local cold storage and logistics market, including an understanding of industry regulations and trends
• A self-motivated and resilient mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
