Facilities Technician

• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for more complex repairs or installations
• Ensure all facilities meet relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and asset condition
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a facilities technician or in a similar maintenance role
• Strong technical skills and working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Proficient in the use of tools and equipment required for maintenance and repair work
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues
• Excellent time management and organization skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
