JOB TITLE: FACILITIES ENGINEER
- Conduct on-site field surveys to identify tools, equipment, and material requirements to come up with Bill of Materials (BOM), Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Prepares and validates BOM/BOQ for airconditioning, rectifiers, inverter, UPS, batteries, electrical wirings/devices, site groundings and generator systems.
- Conduct Preventive Maintenance Routine inspections of telecom sites and shelters.
- Coordinate, Inspect and validate Corrective Maintenance activities.
- Coordinate refueling and generator servicing
- Prepares and validates BOM/BOQ for air-conditioning and ventilation systems
- Conduct routine monitoring and inspection of temperature and humidity levels inside equipment shelters
- Prepares and validates BOM/BOQ for shelters, fences, grounding systems, and site facilities
- Coordinate with building admin the civil and repair works to be conducted including the security access when required.
- Conducts monitoring and inspection of security, structural integrity and housekeeping of sites.
- The duties and responsibilities outlined are not limited and may be subject to change based on the operational needs of the project
- Graduate of Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Management or any related field
- With 2 to 3 years’ experience in project supervision, implementation and design of telco facilities (telco facilities is a plus)
- With working knowledge in Electrical & HVAC systems, Generator and battery maintenance.
- Good communication skill
- Proficient in MS office (Excel/ MS Project/ Powerpoint) GoogleApps
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Can Drive Manual Vehicle
