The Customer Retention Officer's role is significantly important as it relates to retention of customers.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Assisting with customer retention and borrower hardship matters
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Retention inbox
- Responding to customer queries and resolving issues via phone, email, and fax
- Providing timely and accurate resolution to Mortgage Managers' enquiries and disputes
- Escalating complex issues to relevant departments as needed
- Communicating with other teams to ensure clear understanding of messages and initiatives
- Preparing letters and updating internal systems as required
- Performing ad-hoc tasks as needed to achieve business goals
- Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- With Australian Mortgage experience is an advantage
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer care skills
- Good planning, organising and problem-solving skills
- Results driven
- Strong team player
