Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as an Accounts Clerk
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exposure to Sage accounting package is an advantage but not essential
- Experience in high volume transaction environments with high data entry accuracy
- Communication - verbally and non-verbally expressing ideas in individual and group situations. Written documents have appropriate organisation, structure, grammar, language and terminology. Both are always clear, succinct and adjusted to the characteristics and needs of the audience.
- Relationship Management - the ability to work within a team environment and across different parts of the business to deliver results in a demanding and challenging environment. The ability to build effective working relationships with all colleagues.
- Time Management - has attention to detail with the ability to set priorities, plan and organize one's own responsibilities and commitments in line with desired business priorities.

Responsibilities
Store Charges- Process monthly charges to stores.
- Process sundry charges to stores and suppliers as required.
- Maintain and balance excel files of various charges.
- Accurate Filing of documents.
- Process and balance weekly promotional credits to the stores and claims to suppliers.
- Process weekly deals and rebates for stores.
- Process quarterly rebates to stores.
- Process half yearly rebates to stores.
- Electronic Filing of documents
- Produce Weekly & monthly supplier claims and accompanying reports, resolve
- Resolve Store Retailer Queries
- Create purchase orders
- Process monthly credit card charges
- Accrue outstanding credit card charges
