Job Description
Paylalo is a growing payroll and HRIS software company helping businesses automate payroll, attendance, and employee management. We are looking for highly trainable and motivated individuals who are eager to build a career in technology and sales.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads and identify potential clients
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Assist clients in understanding Paylalo's payroll and HR solutions
- Follow up inquiries and manage sales opportunities
- Prepare quotations and proposals for prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Perform other duties assigned to support business growth
✔ Bachelor's degree in any Business, IT, Marketing, HR, or related field
✔ Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
✔ No sales experience required; highly trainable candidates are welcome
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Confident, goal-oriented, and willing to do field and client-facing work
