As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be the growth engine of the club — responsible for turning leads into members through powerful consultations, consistent follow-ups, and an exceptional customer experience.

Grow club membership by creating meaningful connections, understanding customer goals, and delivering solutions that motivate people to take action.
You will represent the Anytime Fitness brand by bringing energy, professionalism, and a service-first mindset to every interaction.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Membership Growth- Conduct engaging club tours and membership consultations that convert prospects into members
- Manage inquiries from walk-ins, calls, social media, and online leads
- Execute consistent follow-ups to maximize opportunities and conversions
- Generate new leads through referrals, community engagement, and proactive outreach
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with prospects and members through genuine conversations
- Understand client goals and recommend the right fitness solutions
- Collaborate with Personal Trainers and Club Management to improve member onboarding and retention
- Deliver a premium experience that encourages loyalty and referrals
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities through CRM systems
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve sales results
- Support club events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Confident, goal-oriented, and motivated by achieving results
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Coachable, disciplined, and committed to continuous improvement
- Strong ownership, initiative, and follow-through
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping people achieve their goals is a plus
- Based in or willing to work in SM Consolacion, Cebu
