Position title : IE SENIOR MANAGER (1 Vacancy)
Job Description:
- Lead the IE team in capacity, headcount, and capital management to support long-range organizational plans.
- Analyze production workflows (PCB assembly, FATP, etc.) and implement improvements to enhance employee, facility, and system performance.
- Monitor and manage line balancing, production schedules, and efficiency reports to address bottlenecks and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement IE strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering or operations, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or management position.
- Ability to set departmental goals, develop policies, and align IE initiatives with overall company strategies.
