Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related course
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record payables, reimbursements, and other financial transactions accurately and on time
- Review and reconcile expense reports, assigning charges to the correct cost centers
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve billing concerns, monitor outstanding balances, and reconcile monthly statements
- Maintain accurate records of credits owed to the company and ensure proper documentation
- Support the Finance team with reporting, analysis, and other related tasks as assigned
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently while reporting to a manager
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday and can start immediately
