About the Opportunity
Our client is a leading healthcare services organization supporting the U.S. healthcare industry through clinical operations, utilization management, and healthcare process solutions.
They are currently seeking a USRN Training Specialist who will play a critical role in developing, facilitating, and enhancing training programs for healthcare professionals and operational teams. This position is ideal for experienced U.S. Registered Nurses who possess strong utilization review expertise and a passion for coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and deliver training programs for newly hired and tenured healthcare associates.
- Develop, update, and improve training materials, learning modules, assessments, and job aids.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure learner competency and readiness.
- Partner with operations leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and performance gaps.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide actionable feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, performance metrics, and learner feedback.
- Ensure all training content remains aligned with client requirements, regulatory standards, and operational processes.
- Support process updates, knowledge management initiatives, and continuous learning programs.
- Active U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) license from any U.S. state.
- At least 1–2 years of Utilization Review experience within a BPO, CPO, healthcare shared services, or related healthcare operations environment.
- Previous experience in training, facilitation, coaching, mentoring, or instructional delivery is highly preferred.
- Candidates with teaching or academic experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex clinical concepts and effectively transfer knowledge to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and virtual learning platforms.
- Willing to work on a flexible shifting schedule based on business requirements.
