Business Ownership

Drive performance of the team to achieve planned milestones and objectives; Provide feedback to the management and stakeholders in terms of challenges faced on the ground and recommend solutions to be undertaken; Identify roadblocks, bottlenecks and optimization opportunities throughout the business.

Business Development
Complete ownership of the Business Development process through the team of account managers and sales representatives.
Identify opportunities for growth and create action plans to generate maximum yield.
Establish relationships with key partners
Stakeholder Management
Be the focal point between internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with the central operations team and the outbound telesales representatives

Be the face of In-Restaurant Solutions offering to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements

At least 4-5 years of experience in vendor management either in the e-commerce industry, B2B retail or food tech space
Self-driven, team player with ability to take on ownership of multiple projects and assignments
Strong business analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
Experience with overseeing sales and business development team with dynamic targets
Leadership experience with strong business acumen
Results oriented and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines and the ability to motivate others to deliver
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
